Student Showcase and Farewell to The Promontory

Join us for our final showcase at The Promontory

We are happy to announce our annual Winter Student Showcase at The Promontory in Hyde Park on December 13! We have been working with The Promontory to host these showcases for over a decade, and so it is extremely bittersweet to say that this will be our last showcase there, as The Promontory is closing its doors at the end of this year. These showcases have not only been a crucial way for the community to understand what it is that we do as an organization, but also have been a consistent performance opportunity for our students of all skill levels. Many of them stand on a stage for the first time at this showcase, and experience show conditions for the first time - soundcheck, introducing themselves, learning how monitors work. We are so grateful to have had a performance partner as welcoming and open as this one in our community. Thank you to the staff for all of their work to make these showcases a memorable part of our students’ experience.
