Adam Langsam – CEO, Parkwood LLC
Adam has over 25 years in the financial services industry managing a broad array of businesses in the investment area, working with both large institutions as well as families. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation. Adam is also on the Boards of the Children First Fund as well as the Cahn Fellows Programs for Distinguished Principals. Adam earned his BA from the University of Delaware where he studied child psychology and finance, and his MBA from the University of Chicago graduate school of business. In addition to his MBA, Adam walked away from U of C with his wife of over 25 years. Together they are busy with their three adult children and one toddler dog, Ollie. Adam is a music enthusiast who can be found listening to anything from Charlie Christian to Pearl Jam. Finally, Louise has had to make room for Adam’s growing guitar collection, which he is still trying to learn to play.
